- Independent Non-executive Director: Mr. Lu Zhengfei
- Mr. Lu Zhengfei is an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company. He holds a Ph.D. Degree in Economics (specializing in financial management). Mr. Lu is currently a Distinguished Professor of Changjiang Scholars and supervisor of doctoral students at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He has also held various senior positions at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, and the Department of Accounting at Nanjing University. He is a standing council member of the China Accounting Society and the deputy director of its Financial Management Committee. He was also an expert consultant of the China Financial Accounting Standards Board, Ministry of Finance. Mr. Lu currently serves on the editorial boards of several accounting and financial research publications and has also issued numerous publications. He is currently an independent director of China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong), Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Company Limited (listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange), and China International Capital Corporation Limited (listed on both the Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange), respectively.
